Your Unique Goals
Meet Jessica Kirk
Doctor of Nursing Practice, Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
My approach to psychiatric care emphasizes a patient centered partnership, acknowledging your unique needs, and working together to create a safe place for meaningful growth. Most of my career and training has occurred at Mass General Brigham (with both children and adults) and have over a decade of experience in the mental health field including inpatient and outpatient settings.

Nursing practice is the foundation of my therapeutic approach, fostering a commitment to evidenced-based people centered healing. This perspective focuses on the person rather than viewing individuals through the lens of their diagnoses. The focus of my practice is to partner with you on your journey. I believe the therapeutic connection is an integral part of healing.

I provide psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to understand the broader context of your life, viewing your mental health in connection with your physical health, relationships, and surroundings. It is my belief that each individual possesses a unique combination of strengths and hopes. It is these qualities that should be acknowledged and harnessed in our therapeutic relationship. My goal is to offer a supportive and empathetic environment to encourage change and resilience.
